CANCEL BEFORE IT SHIPS

Want to cancel? No problem—just contact us before the order ships, and we'll handle it.

CANCEL AFTER IT SHIPS

Once your order is on its way, cancellation becomes a return request. If you refuse delivery or request cancellation while in transit, we'll deduct the actual shipping and return costs from your refund.

NO CASH ON DELIVERY

We only accept prepaid orders through our website. No cash on delivery available.

CAN YOU RETURN IT?

Your return is eligible if:

  • You request it within the return period

  • The product is completely unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and packaging are intact

  • It shows no signs of use, installation, or damage


WHAT WE WON'T ACCEPT BACK

We can't refund or accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or installed

  • Items missing original packaging or tags

  • Products damaged by you (misuse, accidents, improper handling)

  • Anything in different condition than when delivered

WE'LL CHECK IT

All returned items go through quality inspection at our warehouse. If it's damaged, used, incomplete, or not in original condition, we'll reject the return and send it back to you.


YOUR REFUND

Once inspection passes:

  • Money goes back to your original payment method

  • Takes about 5–7 days after approval

  • Your bank may take extra time to show the credit

RETURN SHIPPING

You typically pay for return shipping—unless it's our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage). We suggest using tracked shipping.

GOT A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM

Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and an unboxing video. We'll find a solution for you.
